For this, D. Rybolovlev promises to put all his efforts and millions of euros. The first target for "Monaco" is Madrid's "Atletico" superstar Radamel Falcao, for whom, according to Spanish outlet "La Sexta," the French are willing to pay 60 million euros. This ransom amount is written in the 27-year-old Colombian's contract with "Atletico."
