Due to injury prevention, Armandas Kučys will not represent the Lithuanian national team in the upcoming window, so during that time he will be able to enjoy the love of the fans among the champions of Slovenia.

The 21-year-old forward, who stepped onto the pitch in the Conference League qualifiers, determined the victory for the "Celje" club.

When the Lithuanian entered the field in the 71st minute, the score in the series between "Celje" and "Pyunik" was 2:2, and he then made the decisive impact.

In the 74th minute, A. Kučys scored the first goal, and 12 minutes later, he added another.

It is also worth noting that four more Lithuanians have reached the Conference League. Valdas Dambrauskas' "Omonia" and Edgaras Utkus' "Cercle Brugge" secured their spots earlier, but Justas Lasickas' "Olimpija" and Kipro Kažukolovas' "Astana" also secured their places in the league stage. The Kazakh team came back from a 0:2 deficit to defeat Norway's "Brann" footballers.

The draw for the Conference League will take place tomorrow at 15:30.
