Eden Hazard played possibly his final match in the English "Premier" league on Sunday.
For several months now, the Belgian, who is linked with a move to Real Madrid, has been hinting at wanting a change in his career after the match against Leicester. Hazard has not revealed that he has reached a verbal agreement with Real, but he clearly hinted that he wants to be sold.
"I have made my decision and that's it," Hazard said after his last match in England. "I am still waiting to see how the situation unfolds. I informed the club of my decision a few weeks ago, but not everything depends solely on me."
"My decision was not influenced by the top-four finish. I have already made up my mind," added the player.
Maurizio Sarri also knows about Hazard's departure: "Hazard has been a great player for Chelsea. It is time to accept his decision. I do not know what he has decided, but whatever it may be, we have to respect it."
Hazard's chapter in the Chelsea team will be closed immediately after Real Madrid and the London club agree on the final transfer fee.
SARRI, entrenador de HAZARD: "Hazard ha sido un gran jugador para el Chelsea. Es hora de aceptar su decisión".
