In the fight for the talent of "Milan" Gianluigi Donnarumma, another club name has emerged. The English newspaper "Daily Mirror" declares that the most realistic chances of acquiring him at the moment are held by "Manchester United".
However, this is only possible if the goalkeeper of the "Red Devils" David De Gea actually moves to Madrid's "Real", who has been hunting the Spaniard for several years.
Donnarumma is also seen as a long-term replacement for Turin's "Juventus" legend Gianluigi Buffon, but many teams are interested in him as well.
"Man United" is likely favored to acquire Donnarumma because the 18-year-old's value now reaches up to 40 million pounds sterling, and English giants have shown their willingness to spend big during several transfer windows.
It is worth remembering that the most expensive transfer in football history happened to the "Red Devils" - they paid over 100 million euros for Paul Pogba.
