Favorites celebrate secure victories in the French championship

The 30th round of the French championship ended without surprises. The clubs considered favorites did not leave any hopes for their opponents in Sunday's matches.

In the first match, the 5th place team "Saint Etienne" defeated "Lille" who was in 8th place at home. In the second half, after playing for 7 minutes from the field, the visitor Marcos Lopes was sent off, so Christophe Galtier's players only had to take the victory. It was guaranteed by two goals from Max-Alain Gradel.

Meanwhile, "Monaco", aiming for a place in the UEFA Champions League, defeated "Reims" 3-1 away. Fabinho and Anthony Martial scored in the first 15 minutes, and in the final third of the match, Diego and Nabil Dirar exchanged precise shots. Monaco is separated from "Saint Etienne" by points, from "Marseille" in third place - four, but Leonardo Jardim's army has a match in hand.

Just mentioned Marseille club away in the second half scored 4-0 against "Lens". Michy Batshuayi scored twice, while Alaixys Romao and Andre Ayew each added a goal.
