Fernandinho extends contract with "Man City"

"Man City" team managed to keep Fernandinho in their ranks.

The 32-year-old Brazilian extended his expiring contract until the summer of 2020.

"This team has a fantastic future and I want to be a part of it.

Under the leadership of Pep Guardiola, we can win a lot of trophies and most importantly, we try to do that by playing attractive and attacking football," said the defender.

This season in the English Premier League, the veteran scored 2 goals and provided 3 assists in 23 matches.

Fernandinho has been playing for the "Premier" league club since 2013, when he arrived from Donetsk's "Shakhtar".
