The best rated young (U-21) players in FIFA 23 are playing in the Serie A championships in Milan, Verona, and Turin. It is reported that the highest rating among the footballers is held by the newcomer of Milan club Charles De Ketelaere with a rating of 78. The second and third places are taken by Verona defender Ivan Ilic and Torino defender Wilfried Singo (both 76). Also included in the top five are Udinese defender Destiny Udogie and Napoli winger Khvicha Kvaratskhelia (both 74). It was previously announced that the best Serie A player in all age groups was recognized as Milan goalkeeper Mike Maignanas (87).
