FIFA did not lift the ban for "Barcelona" club to buy players

The window for upcoming transfers, "Barcelona" won't be able to acquire new players. In April, due to the appeal presented, this decision was temporarily delayed, so the Catalans could strengthen the team this summer. However, the decision wasn't revoked, and "Barcelona" will have to make do without new footballers from this September until January 2016. Until this window ends, the Catalans can still acquire newcomers - the ban will only come into effect from the start of the winter transfer window. This ban was imposed after "Barca" was found guilty of breaking the rules when acquiring underage footballers. "Barcelona" took advantage of the situation when the ban was temporarily delayed and this summer acquired "Liverpool" superstar Luis Suarez, "Sevilla" defender Ivan Rakitic, defenders Jeremy Mathieu and Thomas Vermaelen, and goalkeepers Marc-Andre ter Stegen and Claudio Bravo.
