FIFA officials whisper quietly: Brazil not ready for the championship

Representatives of the International Football Federation Associations (FIFA) spoke to the Brazilian newspaper "Estrados," demanding not to mention their names, and stated that FIFA is at a loss and thinking about what to do with the World Football Championships in Brazil. "This situation is unacceptable. Brazil is not ready for the championship. This cannot happen elsewhere. But what should be done now? Everything in Brazil is very bad," explained a FIFA representative to the newspaper.

The World Football Championships in Brazil will take place from June 12 to July 13. "We cannot guarantee even minimal security guarantees for tourists, we have not been able to test several championship stadiums, and we cannot do anything about, for example, the metro workers' strike in Rio de Janeiro. Strikes and riots could ruin the tournament," said a FIFA official.

Another member of the football federation stated unequivocally: "FIFA is silent for now, but it will have to speak out in the coming days: Brazil is not ready for the championship."

The opening of the World Football Championship and the first match will take place in the "Itaquera" stadium in San Paulo on June 12, accommodating 70,000 spectators.

The construction of this stadium has been halted several times, and its opening has been delayed due to crane accidents, fatalities, or even basic construction material shortages.
