FIFA President will block "La Liga" attempts to hold matches in the USA

It seems that the desire to move some matches of the Spanish "La Liga" championship across the Atlantic will only depend on the president of the league's will - FIFA president categorically opposed to this step. Let's remind that "La Liga" reached a 15-year agreement with the "Relevent Sports" group, which was supposed to start bringing Spanish championship teams to the USA. J. Tebas has been indicating for some time now that in January the match between "Barcelona" and "Girona" would be moved to Miami, however, neither the Spanish Football Federation nor FIFA currently supported this decision. "I categorically oppose such a possibility and I prohibit the match between "Girona" and "Barcelona" to be moved to the USA. Official national matches must be played in the same country," - AS quoted FIFA president. J. Tebas reached an agreement with the aforementioned sports group without the involvement of all continental football federations.
