In the 2023-2024 season, the champions were the team from Garliava, with the teams from Prienai and Panevezys also making it into the top three.

The championship season concluded on June 5th, involving eight teams.

Over 14 matches, FK "Garliava" amassed the most points - 37 - with only one loss. The question of who would claim the silver and bronze medals was decided in the final round. Both Prienai FM and FA "Panevezys"-PRSSG secured victories during regular time, so Prienai retained their one-point advantage.
