On June 11, the final stage of the 2022-2023 season championship took place at the Ukmergė city stadium, where team and individual awards were presented.
The championship quarterfinals included FK "Jonava," "Kaunas Žalgiris" FA, Klaipėda FM, Plungė FK "Babrungas," Ukmergė SC, Vilnius MFA "Bitės" A and B, and MFK "Žalgiris" teams.
On the same day, matches for 13-16 places were also held in Pasvalys, and on Friday matches for 9-12 places were held in Šiauliai.
The competition day in Ukmergė started with the quarterfinal matches. MFA "Bitės" B defeated 9:0 FK "Jonava," Ukmergė SC 4:2 won against "Kaunas Žalgiris" FA, MFK "Žalgiris" 5:1 defeated "Babrungas," and the most intense match was between MFA "Bitės" and Klaipėda FM, ending 1:2.
In further matches, "Jonava" played 0:2 against "Babrungas," and "Bitės" 5:0 played against "Kaunas Žalgiris" FA, so the 5-6 places were shared by FK "Babrungas" and MFA "Bitės," and the 7-8 places went to "Jonava" and "Kaunas Žalgiris" FA.
In the first semifinal, two capital teams faced each other - MFA "Bitės" B and MFK "Žalgiris". A goal by Daugailė Gudelytė in the 12th minute secured the victory for Žalgiris 1:0.
With the same result, 1:0 Ukmergė SC and Klaipėda FM girls' semifinal ended. A goal by Ugnė Gruodytė secured the way to the final for the Ukmergė girls.
In the match for the third place, the "Bees" B team gained a three-goal advantage in eight minutes, and they eventually won the match with a score of 4:0. Adriana Bystronovskaja scored a brace, with one goal each from Goda Smailytė and Augustė Kriūnaitė.
The final match became the highlight of the championship, as it was a fierce battle until the final whistle. Rugilė Kamienaitė scored a goal in the 6th minute, and MFK "Žalgiris" maintained the lead 1:0 against Ukmergė and triumphed in the 2022-2023 championship.
