On Saturday evening, the only match of the 24th round of "Serie A" between Florence's "Fiorentina" and "Udinese" ended in a draw.
It started out evenly, but the home team "Viola" turned the game in their favor towards the end of the first half, when goalkeeper Borja Valero scored the first goal.
After the break, playing for just over an hour, the hosts increased their lead with the help of Khouma Babacar, and Federico Bernardeschi later converted a penalty kick from 11 meters, making the score convincing.
The three points won allow "Fiorentina" to equalize with "Milan" and rise to seventh place. Udinese remains in twelfth position.
