Currently in fourth place in Serie A, Florence is targeting one of the most promising Dutch footballers represented in Amsterdam, Ryan Babel.
As reported, the Italian club has already made an offer worth 6 million euros. Babel is expected to replace the Bulgarian Valeri Bojinov in the team, who will likely leave the club due to disagreements with the club management.
For some time, the Bulgarian wonderkid striker has been sidelined from the main Fiorentina team and only returned in the last Serie A match against Lecce last week, which Florence won 1-0.
The 19-year-old striker, considered one of the most promising Dutch players, has played 24 matches this season for Ajax and successfully debuted in the Dutch national team.
This season, Ajax is currently in an unusual sixth place in the Dutch league and is planning to completely renew the team in the summer, so it is very likely that Babel will be released to another club. However, as the Dutch media claims, the Amsterdam club is not willing to accept offers worth less than 10 million euros.
