Lionel Messi quickly won his first trophy in the United States of America.

In the final of the league cup, the team represented by the Argentine Messi, Miami "Inter", defeated the "Nashville" team after a penalty shootout. The regular time ended 1:1.

In the 23rd minute, Messi put the Florida team ahead with a fantastic shot.
