Five "Serie A" matches postponed due to the coronavirus

In Italy, the raging coronavirus once again adjusted the plans for the "Serie A" championship.

Last weekend, four matches were postponed, and some of the matches were supposed to take place behind closed doors, including the central match between Turin's "Juventus" and Milan's "Inter."

However, on Saturday, it was confirmed that both these matches and another four 26th-round matches are being postponed.

In addition to the mentioned "Juventus" and "Inter" matches, the matches between "Udinese" and "Fiorentina," "AC Milan" and "Genoa," "Parma" and SPAL, "Sassuolo" and "Brescia" will not take place. It is still unclear whether the match between "Sampdoria" and "Verona" teams scheduled for Monday will take place.

All postponed matches of this round will be played on May 13. It was supposed to be the day of the Italian Cup final, which has been moved to May 20 due to this situation.

The remaining 26th-round matches will proceed as usual.

It is reported that almost 900 people in Italy have already been infected with the new virus, and 21 deaths have been recorded.
