30-year-old Spanish national team striker Fernando Llorente is leaving Turin's Juventus and returning to his homeland.
Last night, photos of F. Llorente arriving in Seville were posted on the official Sevilla club Twitter account. The striker will undergo a medical examination today and join the team of the UEFA Europa League winners.
The Spaniard joined Juventus in 2013 and managed to play 91 matches in two seasons. Before moving to Italy, the footballer wore the jersey of Bilbao's Athletic team for eight years.
There were also rumors in the summer media that F. Llorente could even end up at Real Madrid, but the speculations remained just that – speculations.
So far, the transfer fee and the duration of the future contract of the striker have not been disclosed.
