On Wednesday, the group stage of this season's UEFA Champions League ended with fantastic matches.
Amsterdam's "Ajax" and Munich's "Bayern" clubs shared the leader's position by earning the same number of points, but it was positive only for the guests from Germany.
The match was not without red cards - representatives of both teams were awarded. Initially, Maximilian Wober was punished for a rough foul on Leon Goretzka, and later on, Thomas Muller was shown a red card for a karate kick.
The German aimed a kick at the head of "Ajax" defender Nicolo Tagliafico. The Argentinian was injured, but was able to continue playing, while T. Muller was immediately shown a red card.
It is currently expected to be confirmed whether T. Muller will not be punished with an even harsher penalty.
