"We have received terrible news about former 'Aston Villa' and 'Bolton Wanderers' defender Jlloyd Samuel, who tragically died in a car accident this morning in England. According to reports, Jlloyd was driving home after dropping off his children at school and collided with an oncoming vehicle. The car caught fire, and his body was found burnt," the statement said. The former footballer started his career in 1998 with the "Aston Villa" team, where he spent nine years. During that time, he was loaned to the "Gillingham" team. From 2007 to 2011, the defender played for the "Bolton Wanderers" team and was also loaned to the "Cardiff City" team. He ended his football career with the "Egerton" team, where he began working as a coach in 2017. The footballer has also represented the England U18, U20, and U21 national teams. However, he represented Trinidad and Tobago at the senior level.
