Vigo "Celta" has a new coach - 48-year-old Catalan Oscar Garcia.
"Celta", currently in 18th position, said goodbye to Fran Escriba on Sunday evening, who had been fighting for his future since the beginning of the season.
"Celta" has reached an agreement with the new coach until the end of the season.
Garcia last worked at Piraeus' "Olympiacos" club in 2018, but did not last long - he was fired after 13 matches due to poor results.
Previously, he also coached teams such as "Saint-Etienne", "Salzburg", "Watford", Tel Aviv's "Maccabi", and "Brighton".
He began his coaching career at the "Barcelona" youth academy.
