Italian vice champion club "Roma" officially announced on Thursday that they have added Seydou Keita, who defended the honor of "Valencia" last season, to the team.
The defender, who played for four years in the "Barcelona" team, signed a one-year contract with "Roma" that will expire on June 30, 2015.
S. Keita left Barcelona in 2012 and went to China, but returned to Spain in January of this year and wore the "Valencia" jersey. The Malian national team player scored one goal in 18 matches.
The 34-year-old footballer was arguably the key player for "Barcelona" throughout all seasons. He has won the UEFA Champions League twice with the Catalans.
