The ongoing partial mobilization in Russia also affects former professional athletes.

Max Seddon reported that former "Trakai" and Liverpool "Everton" defender Diniyar Bilyaletdinov is being called up to the Russian army.

The 37-year-old Russian played for Everton from 2009 to 2012.

In the "Trakai" team, D. Bilyaletdinov played in the 2017-2018 season. This was his last club in his career.

D. Bilyaletdinov excelled in long-range accurate shots during his career. The defender also played 46 matches for the Russian national team.

It is also reported that several members of the national biathlon team have been invited to the Russian army.
