The former well-known Serie A player Radja Nainggolan is in trouble.

Belgian law enforcement reports that the 36-year-old athlete has been arrested for drug trafficking.

The former player for Roma, Inter, and other Italian teams is suspected of illegal activity in organizing a drug route from South America to Europe.

R. Nainggolan has represented the Belgian national team 30 times and has scored 6 goals.
