Former "Man Utd" manager aims to take over "Newcastle" team

Former "Man Utd" manager Peter Kenyon is leading a conglomerate that plans to buy the "Newcastle United" team.

As reported by the "Daily Mail", the deal could reach a sum of 300 million pounds sterling, which would mean that one of the current co-owners Mike Ashley would pocket 125 million pounds sterling.

P. Kenyon has already hinted at which coach he would like to appoint to the hot seat.

According to sources, without competition, his first choice at the moment would be the unemployed Jose Mourinho.

"If I became the club manager and had to appoint a strategist, my gaze would immediately turn to Portugal," Kenyon said.
