Germany defeated the Netherlands 2:1.
The Dutch were the first to score in the match. In the 4th minute, PSV goalkeeper Joey Veerman led the visitors ahead.
The future hosts of the European Championship responded with goals from Mittelstadt and Fullkrug, securing the victory.
Meanwhile, Portugal suffered their first defeat under Roberto Martinez. After 11 consecutive victories, the Portuguese fell 0:2 against Slovenia, who will debut in the upcoming European Championship.
Even Cristiano Ronaldo could not save the Portuguese in the lost match.
