"Birmingham City" has extended the contract with young talent Gabriel Agbonlahor for another four years. The trainee of "Aston Villa" signed a one-year contract with the team a year ago, but now he will stay in Birmingham until the summer of 2011. The 20-year-old striker scored an equalizer in Tuesday's "Premier League" match against "Everton" and secured a point for his team. He is also a member of the England under-21 national team. G. Agbonlahor has started 29 out of 31 "Premier League" matches this season and scored 6 goals. "Aston Villa" manager Martin O'Neill also expressed hope that new contracts will be signed with defender Olof Mellberg and midfielder Gavin McCann. At the moment, Birmingham City is in 14th place in the English Premier League."
