G. Arlauskas' return to the court marked by "Espanyol" crushing (VIDEO)

Giedrius Arlauskis received a new chance in the "Espanyol" team. The player from Lithuania played in the "La Liga" match against the "Las Palmas" team from the beginning, but had to pull the ball out of the goal net four times - a 0:4 defeat. The Lithuanian started the match confidently and stopped the opponent's attacks. In the 22nd minute, the hosts launched a dangerous attack, but Arlauskis managed to deflect the ball and "Las Palmas" earned a corner. A few minutes later, with an inaccurate shot from a great position, "Espanyol" player H.Perezas answered back. In the 41st minute, J.Jordan tested the vigilance of the "yellow" goalkeeper Raulis, and a few moments later, the combination of Gerardo, Burgui, and Marco ended with another missed opportunity. Just before the end of the first half, "Las Palmas" took advantage of a mistake by the "Espanyol" defenders and N.El Zharas, facing Arlauskis, did not leave any chances - 1:0. Immediately after the break, the Lithuanian had to demonstrate his skills when he repelled a powerful shot from the opponents, but the away defenders failed to intercept the rebounding ball and J.Viera, trying his luck, was accurate - 2:0. Shortly after, G.Arlauskis had to pull the ball out of the goal again - with a header shot from P.Bigas scoring the third goal of the match (3:0). In the 71st minute, the Lithuanian caught a shot by Wakaso. A few minutes later, the opponents seemed to take pity on the visitors and did not take advantage of a great opportunity. However, it was a deception - after a free kick, Wakaso, with a powerful shot, scored a beautiful goal (4:0). When things don't go well, they just don't. "Espanyol" forward H.Perezas took the ball, found himself alone against the goalkeeper, but the shot ball hit Raulis's head. The teams had a few more chances to score, but the result did not change.
