BBC reports that the 30-year-old footballer, currently locked down with his family in Spain, has donated a total of 1 million to hospitals in his hometown of Cardiff and Madrid. 500 thousand pounds were sent to hospitals in Cardiff, and 500 thousand euros to Madrid. In Spain, over 20 thousand people have died from coronavirus, while in Wales, 624 individuals have passed away.
