Welsh national team star Gareth Bale did not miss the opportunity to taunt their upcoming European Championship opponents, England.
According to the forward, the Welsh team shows more passion and pride on the field, so no English player would make it into their team.
When asked how many of Roy Hodgson's players are capable of playing for Wales, Bale replied: "None."
Later, "Three Lions" defender Jack Wilshere said that the English squad is stronger, and the national team coach Hodgson called their opponent disrespectful.
"In a press conference, someone said that I don't respect England. That's definitely not true," Bale later said. "They have the right to their opinion. To be honest, I don't care what they say."
"If they think they have a good squad, good for them. We know that our team is also strong and we know we can beat them.
The Real Madrid player also elaborated on his words about passion.
"I'm not saying that England doesn't show passion - I'm sure they do."
"However, I simply see it differently in rugby and football, no matter what sport. Wales demonstrates a different level of passion in this regard, and you can definitely feel it on the field."
