Welsh national team coach Chris Coleman stated that despite Gareth Bale missing the upcoming Wales national team matches, he will be ready to take the field on November 21 in a match against Barcelona.
Along with Bale, Aaron Ramsey was also not called up to the national team, as he is currently undergoing rehabilitation after an injury.
The Real Madrid forward got injured in a match against Levante right after the international break, during which the Welshman helped his national team qualify for the 2016 European Championship.
To journalists, Coleman explained that the player was not called up to the national team only because they did not want to risk his health.
"From what I understand in speaking with the Madrid team, the player will be ready for the matches after the international break. They want to smartly manage the player's rehabilitation and give him time to gradually regain his form. And we respect that decision. Gareth also wants to do everything perfectly, so risking the player's health is certainly not what we would want," - Goal.com quoted Welsh national team coach.
It is likely that Bale will play in the upcoming "El Clasico" at the "Santiago Bernabeu" stadium, which will be crucial as both teams currently have the same number of points and occupy the top two spots in the Spanish league.
Bale also announced his return to training, posting this message on his Twitter account: Back on the pitch stepping up my rehab! pic.twitter.com/l5f7N71wZh - Gareth Bale (@GarethBale11) November 1, 2015
