Italian media began to flash an unexpected candidate's name for the position of the national team.
This became the former Albanian national team strategist Gianni De Biasi.
The 61-year-old Italian successfully led the country's team from 2011 to 2017 and even managed to lead the Albanians to the European Championship in France.
However, the further career of the specialist did not work out - he was fired from the "Alaves" team.
"In the newspapers, I see many candidates' names, but we must understand that this is a completely different job than leading a club.
"I am ready to start talks, but it is not yet clear whether there will be intentions from the other side. If I receive such a call, I will accept the offer with open arms," said De Biasi.
