"Corriere dello Sport" reports that the player's agent Mino Raiola is insisting that the team cancel the contract extension signed last summer.
The 18-year-old representative insists that his client feels uncomfortable in the team.
According to the publication, Raiola sent a letter to the Milan management complaining about the psychological pressure experienced by the player.
It is claimed that Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid are still interested in the services of the footballer.
This season in the Serie A championship, Donnarumma conceded 21 goals in 16 matches.
