London's "Chelsea" team, supplemented in January by striker Gonzalo Higuain on loan terms, has not yet demonstrated very good play.
The 31-year-old Argentine has already played 11 matches among the "aristocrats," but scored only three goals during them.
Despite the difficult adaptation in the Premier League, the striker hopes to become a fully-fledged player of the "Chelsea" team in the summer.
"I am happy to be here. It is always fun to try new leagues, and this is my first time in the Premier League.
Of course, I need time to adapt. Despite having little time, I want to finish the season properly.
The best thing we can do is to get into the Champions League and, perhaps, triumph in the Europa League.
Personally, I want to perform as well as possible so that I can come back here next season. That is my goal," said G. Higuain in an interview with the official club website.
G. Higuain, who spent the first part of the season in the ranks of "AC Milan," still belongs to Turin's "Juventus" team, but "Chelsea" will have the opportunity to buy out the player's contract after the season.
