It seems that blue cards in football, despite rumors, may not even exist.
The head of world football, FIFA president Gianni Infantino rushed to deny these rumors before the IFAB meeting.
"Blue cards? That is a topic we cannot even discuss.
If you want a headline, write simply: the transition from red card to blue is impossible, no chances," said G. Infantino to media representatives.
Earlier, "Telegraph" reported that trials of these cards may begin in lower leagues starting next season.
