FIFA President Gianni Infantino once again made headlines.
The leader, known for his bold statements, stated that in the future the World Cup could take place in North Korea.
"FIFA is a global football organization. We are football people, not politicians, so we want to bring people together.
Every country can be the host of the World Cup, and if North Korea wants to be one...
For example, a few years ago I was in that country and asked if they would be willing to organize the Women's World Cup together with South Korea.
Unfortunately, that visit was unsuccessful, but I would fly there a hundred times if it helped.
Only inclusion can bring real changes. We are a global organization and we strive to unite the world," the Swiss clarified.
