G. Jesus: I expected it to be harder in the Premier League

20-year-old "Manchester City" forward Gabriel Jesus claims that when he arrived in England, he expected to see a much stronger "Premier" league.

The Brazilian football talent arrived in Manchester in January and quickly integrated into the team's gameplay. G. Jesus was sidelined for two months due to injury, but that didn't stop the Brazilian from showcasing good performances - he scored seven goals and made four assists in 10 matches.

According to G. Jesus, the "Premier" league is indeed challenging, but he expected it to be much harder before he arrived.

"I thought it would be harder," - the footballer said about his debut in the "Premier" league. - Of course, it wasn't easy - I had to change my life, but I never complained about it."

"I am happy to be here and had the opportunity to fulfill my dream of playing in Europe. It was sad to leave "Palmeiras", but the departure was beautiful - we won the title," - said G. Jesus.

"Man City" paid 27 million pounds for the emerging Brazilian football star last summer.
