Georges Mikautadze, who shone in the European Football Championship, has chosen a new career destination for the Georgian national team.
The 23-year-old forward had already reached a verbal agreement with "Monaco", but ultimately will play for another team in the French league.
Journalist Fabrizio Romano announces that the Georgian will soon officially become a player for "Lyon".
For G. Mikautadze, "Lyon" will pay approximately 18 million euros to "Metz" for the transfer.
The player himself will sign a contract until the summer of 2029.
