“Manchester United” on Sunday secured a dramatic victory in the English Premier League, when they defeated “Leeds United” right at the end of the match.

This victory allowed the “Red Devils” to reduce the gap on league leaders “Arsenal” to five points, although Manchester club has played two more matches.

Following this victory, there is once again discussion in the public space that Erik ten Hag's team could still fight for the title.

However, Manchester United legend Garry Neville does not believe in such a scenario, as he discussed on Sky Sports.

“I really don't think that Manchester United is still fighting for the title. It seems to me that even Erik ten Hag was thinking about the upcoming match against Barcelona during the game with Leeds. That's why we saw Harry Maguire and Luke Shaw in defense.

If the coach thought that they could win the Premier League, their priority would have been the match against Leeds. United managed to win against Leeds, but I don't think this team is ready to fight for the title yet.

I believe that at the moment this team is not on the same level as Arsenal or Manchester City,” explained G. Neville.
