"Barcelona" defender Gerard Pique nostalgically recalls his time at "Man Utd" team.
According to the Catalan, it is much more fun to live in England because there is a special sense of humor prevailing in this country.
"I really like British jokes. When I played at the "Man Utd" club, my teammates never took offense at pranks and waited for a chance to retaliate.
Meanwhile, in "Barcelona" I am often not understood, for example, when I let the team's tires down or play other jokes.
I remember when one day at the "Red Devils" training, Patrice Evra couldn't hide his joy - he finally got Nike shoes with children's names and other special details prepared for several months.
As soon as the defender went to the shower, we set them on fire and destroyed them. We filmed everything and sent Evra the video," Pique reminisced about the fun times.
"When I arrived at "Barca" I tried to behave similarly, but the jokes remained incomprehensible. All because of different cultures.
For example, "Man Utd" teammates could easily take your expensive sneakers and dress them on mannequins for penalty kicks. You can imagine how the clothes looked after training. The dressing room was a real circus."
