"Fiorentina" has confirmed that Giuseppe Rossi will have to spend four to five months without football because he has undergone knee surgery. The 27-year-old footballer has had knee problems before. While playing for "Villareal" in October 2011, he tore his cruciate ligaments, and this happened again in April 2012. In January of this year, Rossi also strained his knee ligaments and had to miss the World Cup in Brazil. The former "Manchester United" academy player has now undergone another operation after receiving the injury during training. The Italian was operated on in the state of Colorado, USA.
