Jordan Henderson was booed even in the home England match yesterday.
England won 1-0 against Australia, and the former "Liverpool" captain received a lot of boos in the 62nd minute when he was substituted.
England's national team coach Gareth Southgate defended his player.
"I don't understand why people boo Henderson - a player who has played 79 matches for England.
His commitment to the England national team is exceptional. He is important both on and off the field. It's difficult to understand why he was booed," the coach said at a press conference.
