The coach of the England national team, Gareth Southgate, believes that in terms of attacking abilities, there is currently no equal to Harry Kane.
On Sunday, precise strikes by the Tottenham forward determined England's victory against Croatia and their qualification to the UEFA Nations League Final Four in Portugal.
Although H. Kane has had his struggles this season, G. Southgate has no doubts about his player's attacking abilities and believes that he has even surpassed Cristiano Ronaldo.
"Kane is the best goal-scoring forward in the world," the coach said. "Having someone like him in the team, you try to maximize his full potential."
"I know that people doubted some decisions in the summer, but he is our main penalty taker and team leader.
In 98 percent of our matches, he gets involved in attacks and contributes to creating them. His goal-scoring abilities are also something fantastic. He made such a great pass to Raheem Sterling in the first half when he was so low down the field.
We have great belief in him, and he has the desire to lead this team forward," Southgate praised the England football star without hesitation.
