Italian goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma saved two shots during the 11-meter penalty shootout, including the last shot from England player Bukayo Saka. After the match, England's coach Gareth Southgate urged not to blame the unlucky in the series. "We are very disappointed. The players gave everything they could. In the second half, we couldn't maintain possession, but that's not a blame. It was an absolute joy to work with the players, they went further than anyone expected from us. Please don't blame B.
