The England national team played another dull match in the European football championship on Tuesday, drawing 0-0 against Slovenia.

Despite yet another draw, the English team managed to triumph in Group C, but boos could be heard from their passionate supporters in the stadium after the match.

During the press conference, England's coach Gareth Southgate spoke about this, stating that the fans must stick with the team.

"I understand everything perfectly. I'm not going to hide from anything. Now the most important thing is for the fans to stay with the team.

I understand the whole narrative against me. Better it be directed towards me than towards the players.

Still, working in such an environment is quite strange. I haven't seen any other team that reaches the knockout stages and faces similar reactions," Southgate said.
