G. Xhaka: "Moving to Bayer was two steps forward for me"

The Leverkusen "Bayer" club's midfielder Granit Xhaka stated to the "BILD" portal that the move from London "Arsenal" to the German team was a step forward:

"The move from the 'Gunners' to 'Bayer' was not a step back, but rather two steps forward."

"We need to look even better than we did in the previous golden season.”

Last season, G. Xhaka and the Leverkusen "Bayer" team became the Bundesliga champions and fought for the German Cup.
