Having played breakthrough season, Pablo Gaviria "Gavi" was awarded a prestigious title dedicated to young players.

"France Football" awarded the 18-year-old Spaniard with the "Kopa Trophy."

The "Kopa Trophy" is awarded to the best footballers of the year under 21. Previous winners of this award include Kylian Mbappe, Matthijs de Ligt, and Pedri.

Interestingly, Gavi's teammate Pedri won this title last year.

In the top 3, surprisingly, "Borussia" talent Jude Bellingham did not make it. Instead, the "Real" winger Eduardo Camavinga took second place, with Jamal Musiala in third place for the second year in a row.

Later, a special Socrates award was presented in honor of the legendary Brazilian footballer Socrates. Senegalese Sadio Mane was awarded for his good deeds in his country.

The Lev Yashin Trophy was awarded for the third time. This trophy is presented to the best goalkeeper of the year. The award went to the excellent performance of Thibaut Courtois with "Real." The Belgian was the best player in the Champions League final. Alisson and Gianluigi Donnarumma have also won this prize.
