n the first Bundesliga of Germany, seven matches of the eighth round were played on Saturday. The temporary leader of the championship has become the "Stuttgart" club, beating Dortmund's "Borussia" and remaining the only team in the league that has not experienced a loss.

Three surprises occurred at the top of the table: "Mainz" and "Hertha" respectively beat "Werder" and "Bayer", while "Schalke" won against "Bayern" away and after this victory moved up to the sixth position.

The "Arminia" club broke into ninth place by defeating the absolute outsider "Hamburger". Meanwhile, in the other games of the day, "Nurnberg" and "Hansa" teams secured their second seasonal victories.

Tomorrow, the leader's position can be regained by "Wolfsburg" with a victory against "Hannover", while the meeting of the outsiders will be between "Kaiserslautern" and "Monchengladbach".
