G.Hiddinkas: second PSG goal "kills" the match

London's "Chelsea" failed to take advantage of home walls and advance to the Champions League quarter-finals.

"The Blues" lost 1:2 at home to Paris Saint Germain and were forced to withdraw from the prestigious tournament.

"I am disappointed. We started the meeting by respecting the opponents too much and they scored a goal. Then we woke up, won individual battles, and equalized the score," - said G.Hiddink, the coach of the London club, after the meeting.

"In the second half, we had chances, but in the 67th minute PSG "killed" the game".

"Everyone understands that "Chelsea" is in a transition period. The club must move forward and reclaim lost positions," - said the Dutchman.
