In Sweden, on Tuesday, the statue of arguably the most famous country's footballer Zlatan Ibrahimovič was officially unveiled. Its height reaches 2.7 meters.
The artwork, which was created for over three years, was installed in the city of Malmö. It is exactly here where Zlatan started his first career steps - he played in the "Malmo" club's academy and later put on the first team's jersey.
Earlier, the footballer wrote a modest message about this statue: "When you arrive in New York, you see the Statue of Liberty, and when you arrive in Sweden, you will be greeted by Zlatan's statue."
In the Swedish national team, Z. Ibrahimovič played a total of 116 matches and scored 62 goals.
