On Sunday, another two matches of the ninth round of the "Bundesliga" were played.
The victory at home was achieved by the "Monchengladbach" footballers, who defeated the "Eintracht" team at home with a score of 4:2.
In the 28th minute, the hosts took the lead after Marcus Thuram's goal, and Oscar Wendt doubled "Gladbach's" advantage during added time of the first half.
In the second half, the guests tried to get back into the game and in the 59th minute, "Eintracht" reduced the deficit through Danny da Costa.
However, in the 75th minute, "Gladbach" regained a two-goal advantage when Nico Elvedi scored.
"Eintracht" could not rally and Martin Hinteregger scored in the 79th minute to revive his team's hopes.
The final blow in this match came in the 85th minute from "Gladbach" defender Denis Zakaria.
The "Monchengladbach" team returned to the top spot in the standings after this victory.
